It's such a gorgeous day today! It feels like summer. We are so lucky right now. Yay for Groundhog Day. All I can do is enjoy it while it lasts. It does get colder at night, but the days have been quite lovely. Too bad I'm stuck in the office a majority of the time. My lunches have been so pleasant and I feel great.

I've been on a pad thai kick lately. I've been ordering it everywhere I go. It's never really prepared the same way either because all of the restaurants have their own way of making it. But it's yummy and I think this kick is going to last for a few more days.

Is it just me, or am I the only one that doesn't care that the State of the Union address is tonight? I have no interest in watching it. I would much rather watch an old episode of Arrested Development or finish knitting my scarf. So sad.
